【摘要】:Thepurposeofthistestmethodistodefineaprocedureforevaluatingthecapabilityofcleaningagentstocleanmetalliccoupons.Basedontheoutcomeofthetesting,suitablecleaningagentsmaybeselectedforcleaningingeneralandforoxygenserviceinparticular.Thecleaningparameterscanbechangedandthetestmethodcanberepeated.Theusualcleaningparametersincludecleaningagentconcentration,temperature,andtime;typeandstrengthofultrasonicenergyoragitation,ifused,andothers.Note18212;Usualcleaningparametersarebasedonthemanufacturer''srecommendations.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedureforevaluatingthecapabilityofcleaningagentsandprocessestoremovecontaminationtothedesiredlevel.1.2Thetestcouponsprovidearelativelyroughsurfacetowhichcontaminationcaneasilyadhere.1.3Thecapabilityofaparticularcleaningagentdependsuponthemethodbywhichitisusedandthecharacteristicsofthearticlebeingcleaned,suchassize,shape,andmaterial.Finalevaluationofthecleaningagentshouldincludetestingofactualproductsandproductionprocess.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninNote2.
