【摘要】:ThispartofISO21931providesageneralframeworkforimprovingthequalityandcomparabilityofmethodsforassessingtheenvironmentalperformanceofbuildingsandtheirrelatedexternalworks.Itidentifiesanddescribesissuestobetakenintoaccountinthedevelopmentanduseofmethodsofassessmentoftheenvironmentalperformanceforneworexistingbuildingsrelatedtotheirdesign,construction,operation,maintenanceandrefurbishment,andinthedeconstructionstages.TheobjectofassessmentinthispartofISO21931isthebuildingandtheexternalworkswithinitssite(curtilage).ThispartofISO21931isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwith,andfollowingtheprinciplessetoutinthe“ISO14020familyofInternationalStandards”,whichincludesISO14020,ISO14021,ISO14024andISO14025,aswellasISO14040andISO15392.Wheredeviationoccurs,thispartofISO21931takesprecedence.ThispartofISO21931dealsonlywithmethodsofassessmentofenvironmentalperformanceandexcludesmethodsofassessmentofsocialandeconomicperformance,whicharealsopartofsustainabilityandsustainabledevelopment.
