【摘要】:GB/T6109的本部分规定了以聚氨酯树脂为基的单一漆层180级直焊漆包铜圆线的要求。如果能保留原树脂的化学特性并且满足该漆包线规定的所有要求,则该树脂可以改性。注:改性树脂是一种经过化学变化的,或者含有一种或多种添加剂以提高其某种性能或使用特性的树脂。180级表示特级,它要求最小温度指数为180,热冲击温度至少为200℃.对应于温度指数的摄氏温度并不就是推荐的漆包线使用温度,因为这取决于包括所用设备类型在内的很多因素。本部分规定的导体标称直径范围为:-1级:0.018mm及以上1.000mm及以下;-2级:0.020mm及以上1.000mm及以下.导体标称直径按GB/T6109.1-2008中的第4章的规定。
